Terms
These terms govern the RevFast workspace at revfast.app. Last updated 22 September 2026. Governing law: India, without a contractual SLA.
Trial and paid plans
A 14-day free trial of Starter ($9/mo at 25k events) or Growth ($19/mo at 25k events) starts at signup. No card is required to start. After the trial, a paid plan is required. Volume tiers and yearly billing (two months free) are shown on Pricing. Refunds are handled through Stripe or Polar.
Your sites
You may only connect sites you control. You are responsible for visitor consent and privacy law where you operate. Do not use RevFast to track children or to send us special-category data.
Quotas and acceptable use
Event quotas and retention follow the plan you pay for. We may pause ingest when a quota is exceeded, or suspend an account that attacks the service, spoofs revenue events, or resells raw visitor data harvested through the tracker.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and back up PostgreSQL and ClickHouse daily. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA. Liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 3 months before a claim, to the extent applicable law allows.
